WILL PRACTICAL PA MEET WITH CLIENTS TO DISCUSS ASSIGNMENTS IN FURTHER DETAIL?
Yes. Although Kirsty operates on a "virtual" basis and can undertake the vast majority of work without ever having to meet the Client, some Clients find it beneficial to be able to discuss assignments of a complex nature face to face. Therefore, meetings can be arranged at a pre-agreed venue in Manchester City Centre (UK), or locally in Saddleworth, should the need arise.
HOW WILL WORK PASS BETWEEN PRACTICAL PA AND THE CLIENT?
Work is either e-mailed, posted, couriered or faxed. Alternatively, Kirsty can pick-up and drop-off work locally (Saddleworth area only).
HOW QUICKLY IS WORK TURNED AROUND?
Basic secretarial work is endeavoured to be turnaround in a 24-48hr time period. Same day work will incur addtional charges as per the Terms and Conditions of Service. Business Service assignments are based around an agreed timescale with the Client.
WILL PRACTICAL PA WORK WEEKENDS?
Kirsty remains flexible to the requirements of Clients and will undertake requests to work weekends if and when required. This will incur additional charges as per the Terms & Conditions of Service.
