TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Prior to any work being carried out, all new Clients will be asked to carefully read and sign Practical PA Virtual Business Services, Service Agreement. This is a clear and comprehensive agreement designed to clarify full Terms and Conditions of service. Where appropraite a deposit may be requested prior to any services being carried out.

All quotes are issued with a copy of the Terms and Conditions of Service and a signed quote is deemed as an acceptance of such Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be made strictly within 7 working days.

In the event of late payments, Practical PA Virtual Business Services understands and will exercise it's statutory right to claim interest and debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if payment is not made according to agreed credit terms and conditions.

DATA PROTECTION

Practical PA Virtual Business Services protects the privacy of ALL company and personal information provided by clients, therefore it is important to confirm on the quote how long you wish data to be stored on record for prior to it being deleted from all files on the Practical PA IT system - a default period of 3 months is currently in place where previous clients have not specified a time period.
