YOUR PRIVACY
Practical PA is committed to protecting the
privacy of ALL company and individual information that Clients
provide in order to undertake the work requested. Only
Practical PA will hold any such information and will endeavor to treat
it with the utmost respect and confidentiality. Personal Information will be treated in
accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
On the occasion that
Practical PA would need to sub-contract work out, then the Client would
be informed and asked to agree and sign a consent form to allow the
sub-contractor access to the required information.
E-MAIL SECURITY
Practical PA holds a
Digital ID for secure e-mailing. It is recommended but not
essential, that Clients working with Practical PA also use a Digital ID
to enable the encryption of e-mails, hence, protecting any confidential
or senstive data. E-mails cannot be encrypted if the
Client does not have a registered Digital ID.
